On Monday, 8 November 2010, the first high level Symposium on Future Challenges on Public Sector Enterprises was held at ICPE in Ljubljana, Slovenia, EU, premises. The Symposium was organized by ICPE with support of Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana and under the high patronage of the Ministry of Finance, the Republic of Slovenia. After the welcome speech by ICPE DG Dr Štefan Bogdan Šalej, Dr Franc Križanič, Minister of Finance in Slovenian Government officially opened the Symposium. Distinguished moderators and panelists,
