ICPE at Bled Strategic Forum

On Monday, 5 September 2016, DG, ICPE Dr Anand Asthana has attended the Leaders' panel at the Bled Strategic Forum. ICPE was present at both the Bled Strategic Forum and the Business Bled Strategic Forum on Tuesday, 6 September 2016, where a delegation of 40 officers from various ministries and agencies of the Government of India, led by Professor KS Gopinath Narayan, National Institute of Financial Management, attended the panels on European Union: Integration vs. Desintegration and Energy Geopolitics as well as the discussions at the Business Bled Strategic Forum, namely the Digital Transformation and Smart Cities and Cognitive communities. The participation at the BSF and Business BSF was a unique opportunity for the participants of the one week training at ICPE as the international component of the Budgeting, Accounting and Financial Management three week course at NIFM. ICPE is thankful to the organisers of Bled Strategic Forum, particularly the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia for accommodating the participants of the ICPE training programme in Bled.
